Tools for Well-being – A Community Practice & Discussion Group

An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Friday, repeating until April 6, 2018
Ellsworth, Maine–Drawing from the areas of Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, Brain Science, & Positive Psychology, in this 4-week series we will explore specific tools & practices we can use to enhance our level-of well-being and flourish in life. Jen Harry, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher will be presenting this group workshop where she will focus on topics to be determined by the interest of the group and may include:
- Reducing stress in a busy world
- Increasing awareness, presence, & intention in our lives
- Rebounding from adversity
- Strengthening relationships
