Reflexology with June Atherton

Appointments with reflexologist June Atherton will be offered on the 3rd Tuesday and Wednesday of each month from 11 am – 2:45 pm to cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers free of charge.

Reflexology is based on the idea that stimulating specific points on the feet and hands can improve the functioning of corresponding organs, glands, and other parts of the body. Reflexology reduces stress, improves circulation, and encourages relaxation throughout the body. This hands-on modality uses a thumb and finger-walking technique to apply pressure on the reflex points of feet and hands. It is an ancient practice that has developed over thousands of years. Treatments are done while seated.

To enter our building, we ask that you abide by these simple rules updated CDC guidelines for mask wearing to keep all staff and visitors safe:

1. If you are fully vaccinated, please affirm your vaccination by signing the form presented to you upon arrival to the Center. This will allow you to enter the Center without a face mask.

2. If you have not been vaccinated, or if you do not wish to sign the form, please always wear a face mask during your visit.

3. All visitors will keep a safe social distance of 6 feet apart.
