Gentle Yoga with Mary Cline Hybrid Class

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 13, 2022
Yoga instructor Mary Cline will be offering Gentle Yoga class each Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
There are two options to join Mary’s summer classes – LIVE at the Center or via live-telecast by Zoom.
Mary will hold her class live in the activity room in the Beth Wright Center and we encourage you to come and join us in person or via Zoom if you can’t make it in person.
Anyone can do gentle yoga! This class is designed for all ages and levels of ability. There will be some deep breathing and simple stretches to tone and energize the body and mind.
Each class will start with a brief centering meditation and end with a deep resting pose. This is a great way to feel better all over! Find a deeper connection to inner peace and relaxation at a time when we need it most.
Prior to the beginning of each class please set-up your own mat in a quiet space and have ready any props you may have and a water bottle. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. This class is free and open to all.
