An event every month that begins at 10:30 am on day Third of the month, repeating until December 17, 2021
Join Jen Harry, Mindfulness Specialist, on the 3rd Friday of each month from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm, in her HYBRID* meeting, as she guides participants offering mindfulness tools to stay centered and calm during these difficult times. Learn some new tools & practices to help with the ups & downs and anxiety we are all experiencing. These tools can be anywhere and at any time.
Join us in person or by Zoom.
