Join Jen Harry, Mindfulness Specialist, on the 3rd Friday of each month from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm, as she guides participants offering mindfulness tools to stay centered and calm during these difficult times. Learn some new tools & practices to help with the ups & downs and anxiety we are all experiencing. These tools can be anywhere and at any time.
