Gentle Yoga with Hannah Horecka

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 30, 2021
The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center is adding a new HYBRID Gentle Yoga class to their weekly schedule. You can join this class in person in the Activity Room at the Center as well as online through Zoom. The class will take place each Thursday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Hannah Horecka will lead this gentle yoga practice with her steady, calm presence providing a motivated yet soothing experience for her students. This class is designed for cancer patients and survivors of all ages and levels of ability.
Prior to the beginning of each class please set-up your own mat and have ready any props you may have and a water bottle. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Participants are asked to abide by our new policy reduce the spread of COVID. To enter the building everyone must wear a mask and keep it on while in class.
Hannah is a Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher and was trained in Hatha Vinyasa yoga and other healing arts at ShivaShakti School of Yoga & Healing Arts in Union, Maine. She draws on her education and experience to create a safe and enjoyable class environment. Hannah opened Quiet Strength Yoga in October 2014 with the goal of helping others experience the physical, emotional, and health benefits she has seen through her own yoga practice.
