Food is Medicine with Judy Donnelly

Come join us for the Food is Medicine Series with Judy Donnelly from the Dempsey Center, as this program will be telecast from the Dempsey Center right here in the Beth Wright Activity Room and kitchen. Thinking of your food as medicine can motivate you to eat well. Led by Judy Donnelly, RDN, LD, this four-part nutrition workshop teaches you how to reduce your risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.

Learn about current nutrition research as it relates to cancer and overall health. While Judy joins us on the screen via telecast, Home Cooked Healing Volunteer Cathy Flesh will be cooking along with her in the Beth Wright Center kitchen. Samples will be available for tasting.
