Everyday Spirituality with Geraldine Gregersen

In collaboration with Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center are offering this Zoom workshop where we will explore questions including – What gives life meaning and purpose? What sustains us? Joy, hope, laughter, service, love. Explore the ways we look at spirituality and apply these ideas to our own lives especially in difficult times. Gerry Gregersen will lead this discussion that makes concepts of spirituality accessible to everyone.
Gerry Kush Gregersen is a retired United Church of Christ minister. She continues to serve occasionally as a substitute minister at churches throughout Hancock County and is a member of the Somesville Union Meeting House. Gerry is the former Program Director at Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County where she trained patient care volunteers, managed patient cases, arranged special programs, and provided bereavement support. She continues to serve as a hospice volunteer and sings with Evensong, a group that sings for people living at the end of life. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Alcyon Center, a Spiritual Retreat Center on Mount Desert Island
