As everyday challenges and the problems of the world come in and out of view, it is easy to feel drained and out-of-balance.
Using traditional yoga practices Danielle Marie Robbins will show how to recalibrate your body by balancing your body’s energy systems (Chakras) using food & yoga in this virtual workshop: Balancing Your Energy with Food & Yoga, December 6, 11 am – 12 noon.
She will discuss how to identify your imbalances and how to correct them to create a well-working mind and body. By combining both food choices and specific Yoga movement the body’s energy system can be unblocked and restored. During the workshop Danielle will create a dish that combines foods addressing all chakras that can be used to keep minds and bodies working well together.
Danielle Marie Robbins is a certified yoga instructor with a special interest in restorative yoga, yin yoga, guided meditation, exercise, and nutrition. She has recently opened her own studio in Ellsworth, Maine.
