DESCRIPTION:This class is a collaborative effort between the Down East Fami
 ly YMCA and the Beth C. Wright Center. This program is designed to help ca
 ncer patients who have cancer related fatigue due to radiation therapy\, c
 hemotherapy\, or the disease process. The program provides an atmosphere o
 f encouragement\, exercise\, and group motivation in order to alleviate th
 e side effects of cancer treatments. Exercises are designed to improve car
 diovascular fitness\, muscular strength and endurance\, and flexibility. E
 ach person will meet with a certified cancer exercise specialist before st
